I recently started a class, Educational Psychology, and I was extremely excited to take it. It's all about motivating children to learn, the differences in certain children, all those good kinds of things. Seeing how I'm an education major, I am just ecstatic about a class like that.
The only thing is, it's an independent study course! It has to be finished by June 2012, and that's literally my only deadline. I'll sit down and look at my super short assignment, and think, "Oh yeah, I can knock this out in no time!" That usually leads to me either
a.) facebook creeping until the sun comes up.
b.) falling in love with all my new blogs I'm obsessed with.
c.) blogging for myself.
d.) spending countless hours on greenweddingshoes.com. (Look it up.)
e.) watching TV shows, especially Say Yes to the Dress.
This tells me, firstly, that I'm addicted to other people's weddings. And secondly, that I need the internet to go out or an act of God to actually finish all these assignments!
Haha, this so reminds me of college! It's hard to stay focused.
ReplyDeleteLol it's so crazy. The sad thing is I still have two more years!
