Well This is Awkward...

Actually no, let's not.
Today's topic for blogging is things that make you uncomfortable. In all honesty, people who come up to me talking about their sex lives, how many people they've done, and what sick horrible diseases they have from doing these things kinda freaks me out. And by kinda, I mean a whole dang out. And of course, it can get even more awks based on the amount of time that I've known that person. For example, someone I work with straight up asked me if I was a virgin within our first week of knowing each other. He was talking about how intimate he and his girlfriend were, could tell I was uncomfortable, and somehow felt it necessary to ask. I immediately clammed up. I couldn't believe that this guy I barely knew was asking me such a personal question! Seriously though, what would you have done?

Typography!

Educate us on something you know a lot about or are good at.
(Don't know what I'm talking about? Check out the button below!)
I am in love with fonts. I can literally spend hours going through Pinterest's design section just downloading the crap out of them. (Don't believe me? Just check out my design board!) Instead of educating you on them, I thought I'd just make a compilation of some of my favorites!
Hope you enjoy! Use responsibly. ;)

Blog Every Day?!

I'm not going to lie. When I first saw the Blog Every Day in May challenge, I thought Jenni must have been joking. I went to her blog and read up on it. And seriously guys, I really think it has the opportunity to pull me out of my blogger rut. She has perfectly designed prompts to help inspire our writing and we get to link up everyday and meet other bloggers writing about the same things as us! So without further ado, the story of my life in 250 words or less.

As you can tell, my life story is kinda complicated. I sat down last night so many times trying to write this post, but it kept getting weird. And of course, my timeline doesn't explain important details like my family, my salvation, or why I moved SO many times. I'm really sad that Sarah isn't blogging anymore, because she used to have posts every Monday called "Missionary Kid Monday." Seriously, I could relate with like 95% of her content. Here's the funny thing though, I've moved so many times, and I've traveled all over this country (25/50 states!), but you can totally notice a trend. I moved to Louisiana in 2011 because it was my sister's home. I was bored in North Carolina, so I decided to pick up my entire life and move to my sister. Let me just tell you, there is a huge difference in how a 12-year-old views Louisiana and how a 21-year-old views Louisiana. Now I'm not trying to say it's the worst place in existence, but personally, I wasn't happy there. Needless to say, North Carolina is my home, for now at least. :)

Make sure you check in on me occasionally throughout the month. I'm going to be trying really hard to keep up with this challenge!
